Return & Refund Policy
At Greek’tique by Mela Draped, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please review our refund and return policy:
Refund Policy
No Refunds: Due to the nature of our luxury products, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, if we make a mistake, we will do our best to work with you to make it right.
At times we will refund customers if our Pre-Order sales do not meet the minimum goals. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment 7 business days at the close of the pre-sale.
Return Policy
Every item undergoes a thorough quality check before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards. However, we understand mistakes happen. Here is our policy to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase.

Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs of the damaged item.

Our team will review your case and provide further instructions for a replacement or store credit, if applicable.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please note the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are available for size, color, or defective items within 14 days of receipt.

Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@greektique.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

Exchange Options:

Store Credit: You can opt to receive store credit for the value of the exchanged item.

Replacement Item: Alternatively, we can send you a replacement item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the returned item back to us and for shipping costs for the new item.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Priority Shipping: Pre-orders are processed first, so you receive your items as soon as they are available.

We are a ONE and DONE brand! To maintain exclusivity, we only produce the item and design once. Therefore, you can walk around knowing, only a few of these luxury items are available.
Pre-Order Policy

No Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations for pre-order items.

No Returns: We do not accept returns for pre-order items.

Estimated Arrival: Pre-order items typically ship within 60 days of the pre-order close. (30 days for manufacturing and 25-30 days for sea shipping to warehouse).

Delays: In rare cases of delays, you will be notified promptly via email.

Damaged or Defective: If your pre-order item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance. We will make it right!

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
At Greek’tique by Mela Draped, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy.
Processing Times
Orders ship within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase on all in stock items.
We are currently shipping at 1-3 Business Days on all in stock items.
Shipping Method
We primarily use USPS for shipping domestic orders. Expedited shipping does not include processing times. Email us at: orders@meladraped.com to inquire about processing times for group orders or special events (Conference Season, Probate Season, Homecoming, Ect.)

Tracking

​Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Delays & Notification

Extreme Circumstances: In rare cases where unforeseen circumstances may delay shipment beyond the estimated processing or pre-order timeframe, you will be notified promptly via email.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. You have 24 hours to update shipping by contacting customer service at orders@customerservice.com.
State Guidelines
We comply with state guidelines in Illinois and California regarding returns and refunds:

Illinois: According to Illinois state law, all merchandise is sold "as is," with no express or implied warranties. Our no-refund policy is clearly stated and customers are made aware before purchase.
