  • Can I change or update my address on my order?
    If you need to change or update your address on your order, please contact us at info@meladraped.com within 1 hour to update your request. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
  • How can I contact customer service?
    You can reach our customer service team at support@greektique.com or chat us during our business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM PST. You can reach us at the button below to send an email message.
  • Do you offer Gift Cards?
    Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations. Gift cards can be purchased on our website and are delivered via email for use on all non-greek items.
  • Payment Methods Accepted
    All major credit cards are accepted. We are currently offering PayPal and Afterpay for buy now and pay later. Check back soon for new additions.
  • Do you make custom orders for chapters?
    Yes, please contact us at orders@meladraped.com We need at least 90 days before event to create a custom designed outfit or accessory. However, if you are needing to customized an already in shop item, we will need 60 days for delivery. Multiple pay options available to fit your needs.
  • Do you offer custom designing consultations for groups?
    Yes, we offer consultations for all of your para needs. Keep in mind our goal is to provide the highest level of quality and that will maintain even with our custom orders and designs.
  • What are the benefits of pre-orders?
    Pre-ordering ensures that you are among the first to receive our exclusive new designs, enjoy special discounts, and secure your favorite items before they sell out.
  • Can I cancel or edit my pre-order?
    We do not accept cancellations or returns for pre-order items. If your pre-order item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
  • What are your current ship dates on pre-orders?

  • How long does it take to process my order?
    Orders typically ship within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase. Pre-order items have an estimated shipping timeframe detailed on the product page. Typical pre-order time frame is 30 days on clothing and 60 days on handbags and large accessories to arrive to our warehouse from manufacturer. Shipping would be in 5 business days from delivery from manufacturer.
  • What if my package is lost?
    If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at orders@meladraped.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We can work with international sorors' of Sigma Gamma Rho only. In order to order from us, you will need to contact us directly at orders@meladraped.com to ensure we can discuss customs and additional delivery fees that may fit your needs.
  • Do you have a size chart?
    Yes, please see size chart page here. This page will be updated by 9/10. Send us a message, for sizing. The closest size chart for most items is Ann Taylor.
  • Do you offer Petite or Plus Sizes?
    Yes, we offer a range of sizes, including petite and plus sizes. Please check the product page for availability and specific measurements. We are able to offer petite sizes on most knit items. Contact us at info@meladraped.com to place an order. There will be an additional fee based on supplier costs.
  • What should I do if I am in between sizes?
    If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit. Additionally, check the product description for any specific sizing advice.
